This has been disclosed by another political commentator Onjezani Kenani through his Facebook page.

”We are reliably informed that there are plans to arrest Joshua Chisa Mbele for disclosing names of senior government officials who pocketed allowances for more than 365 days in a year. They want to accuse him of “obtaining information from the government illegally,” he wrote.
