Some youths putting on face masks have blocked the M3 road at City Boundary on the Zomba road demanding money from motorists.

Motorists are being forced to pay K2,000 with other vehicles being stoned.

Meanwhile, there are running battles at Chinamwali Township, between security personnel and communities who turned riot after protesting.
