reports reaching our desk indicate that there is heavy security presence in Zomba and Mzuzu Central Business Areas, as the grouping dubbed “Action Against Impunity” will be on the streets protesting on the removal of the presidents immunity.

Meanwhile, business operations in the two cities have stalled in fear of the aftermath of the protests.

Demos on the same aim are also happening today in Lilongwe organised by Centre for Democracy and Economic Development Initiatives (CDEDI).
