Death has been announced of Malawi Congress Party (MCP) Dedza District Secretary General Steven Chikakuda.

Former Malawi Congress Party (MCP) President John Zenus Ungapake Tembo has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.

Tembo said he is deeply shocked with Chikakuda’s death.

Chikakuda has been with MCP since 1956.
