A viral onion article is making rounds on the microblogging site, Twitter alleging that there is a newly introduced way of administering death penalty in prisons in the United States of America.

From the video description, the alleged new capital punishment procedure is considered less ‘cruel’ and ‘painless’ as it uses machines to decapitate prisoners’ heads.

Before a prisoner’s head is chopped off, he or she receives a lethal dose of anaesthetic sodium thiopental and some drugs to paralyze them and let the machines take over – chopping off and crushing the head.

As stated in the video, the alleged death penalty procedure is already being conducted in Ohio state in America
