Catholic Priest Serving Macdonald Masambuka’s Murder Case Receiving Treatment For Mental Disorder

Spokesperson for Blantyre Prison well known as Chichiri Prison Duncan Malizani has confirmed that a catholic priest Thomas Muhosha who is serving his murder case sentence is being treated for mental disorder.

According to Malizani, Muhosha is being monitored cosesly as he is receiving the treatment.

The former catholic priest is one of the 12 people who were convicted and sentence for abducting and killing a person with albinism Macdonald Masambuka.

The catholic priest whose process of laicization is underway was on June 27 slapped with a 30 year jail sentence for transacting in human tissue.

22-year-old Masambuka was a person with albinism and was murdered in 2018.
