Two suspects who killed 3 fellow mental patients committed to Zomba Prison

Two suspects who were isolated for being suspected to have murdered 3 fellow mental patients at Zomba Mental Hospital have been committed to Zomba Maximum Security Prison.

Spokesperson for Eastern Region Police Joseph Sauka has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.

According to Sauka, the two James Sadik Missi, 22 and Tony Chiutsi, 24 are on remand after appearing in court on murder charge.

Three mental patients were strangled to death in different days in May this year, resulting to the arrests of the two.
