Information reaching this publication indicates that pupils from Mithande Primary School in Mulanje have attacked a businessman of Egyptian origin, who sells electronics and other assorted items on loan.

The fact of the matter is that the businessman identified as Eslam Ashrad is said to have stormed the school to collect money from teacher who bought some items to the businessman on loan.

After agreeing to disagree, the businessman assaulted the teacher identified as Matiyasi Kamoto and the teacher collapsed.

The move did not go down well with the learners who retaliated by assaulting the said businessman.

Some learners pounced on the vehicle of the businessman and damaged it.

Police are yet to comment on the matter.
