Despite forcing his daughter to sleep with him in her bedroom and issuing her a harsh warning not to tell anybody about the occurrence, a 48-year-old father whose identity has been withheld for security reasons might easily walk out of prison the next year.

On June 10th, 2022, a guy from Rockhampton pleaded guilty to forcing her kid into her bed and knowingly assaulting her. He was sentenced to seven days in prison, but with the passage of time, he could be released on June 4, 2023.

According to reports, the kid awoke in early 2021 to discover her father in her room, while another adult who resided in the house had already left for work. It was still dark, so the young girl decided to go back to sleep. However, as she lay in her bed, her father approached her, held her, and slept with her from behind.

Hours later, as she was walking to school, the girl confronted her father, who took her away and warned her not to tell anyone. She, on the other hand, told a close friend, who later assisted her in reporting the incident. Officers intervened and transported her to a secure location where she was subjected to medical testing. The girl’s underwear was filthy.
