Former Minister of Lands and Urban Development Kezzie Msukwa will appear before the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Friday for questing.
Chimwemwe Kalua, Msukwa’s lawyer confirmed the development.
Initially, Msukwa was supposed to appear before the ACB today, Thursday but is reported to have re-scheduled the meeting.
According to Kalua, Msukwa will be engaging with other court activities on Thursday hence the changes.
Msukwa’s appearance before the ACB is in line with his involvement into the alleged corruption activities with Ashok Nair, Zuneth Sattar’s counterpart.
Early this year, Msukwa and Nair were arrested but later released following a court order and the two applied for a review of their arrest which was trashed by the court and gave ACB a go ahead to arrest them.
