Information reaching faceofmalawi indicates that 29 girls from Makandi Day Secondary School in Thyolo have been expelled.

According to information at hand, the girls have been expelled for alleged indiscipline at the school.

Makandi Secondary School Headteacher Elias Kanyimbo Mbewe has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.

Mbewe said the said student were just offered a place at the school and were in the forefront causing troubles.

Parents of the said students have also been informed of the development.
