Suspected thief who had his legs chopped dies in Nsanje

Information reaching this publication indicates that a suspected thief, who was this morning found with both his feet amputated, has died.

Nsanje Director of Health and Social Services, Dr. Gilbert Chapweteka has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.

According to Chapweteka, the suspected identified as Isaac Dad Danta died while receiving treatment at Nsanje District Hospital.

There are allegations that Danta who was found dumped close to Nyamadzere primary school along Bangula- Marka road, was caught stealing.

Danta was once jailed for burglary and theft.
