Former SA Judged Faces 735 Charges Of Rape And Human Trafficking

The world is really coming to an end soon with all the signs given by Christ Jesus according to our Christian brethrens. The most even acts are not been committed by the highly placed and the society gets not close to justice.

Activists say SA justice continues to frustrate victims of abuse as the case against the late senior attorney and former judge and co-defendant Paul Kennedy is again postponed to May 23 with extended bail.

The 53-year-old accused sex offender, whose name cannot be released until he pleads guilty, appeared Monday in Johannesburg’s Supreme Court, where a charge of attempted murder was added after one of his victims tested positive for HIV. This led to the February 1 test on Kennedy and his co-defendants.

Faced with more than 735 charges of rape of an unspecified number of boys, human trafficking, illegal possession, manufacture and import and/or export and distribution of child pornography, the defendant committed these crimes on bail in other similar cases. The allegations against Alexandra led to her arrest last July.
