Police in Nkhata Bay have nabbed 32-year-old Charles Mwamphashi for allegedly possessing and failing to account for 78 cartons of Malaria testing kits, each containing 25 pieces.

Nkhatabay police spokesperson, Kondwani James, has confirmed of the arrest in an interview with the press.

According to James, the suspect was arrested on Sunday at Sanga Trading Centre as he was travelling from Dwangwa heading to Nkhata Bay.

The suspect will appear in court soon.
