After being reported missing on Thursday, two children of Kabangwe aged two and three have been discovered dead in a septic tank.

The bodies of the male children, Emmanuel Chalwe, 3, and Devine Chalwe, 2, were retrieved from the sewer disposal tank at a neighbour’s house on Saturday.

Police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga said the suspected drowning was reported to police by the mother of the children.
