Multi-Choice Malawi Engages in Door To Door Sales

Multi-Choice Malawi with an effort to increase television accessibility has introduced a door to door sales of Gotv and DStv decoders which is called Direct Sales Force (DSF).

The services to be offered from the DSF will be assistance with the subscription activation, customer education on the DStv and GOtv digital self-service with the aim of providing customers with a world of choice.

The Multi-Choice DSFs are in all the three regions of the country that is in Central region, Northern region and also in the Southern region equipped with the knowledge and customer care for new and existing customers in the comfort of their homes.

Zena Makunje, Multi-Choice Malawi Corporate Affairs Manager said their commitment is to put their customers at their heart of everything they do and to bring the choice to their customers through “Sankha Wekha” initiative.

“As a contributing business citizen, Multi-Choice remains dedicated to enrich lives through and growing hand in hand with our communities by up skilling our agent through our Sankha Wekha kiosks and creating jobs through our DSF initiative for powerful social upliftment”, said Makunje

Multi-Choice Malawi has 152 agents and 58 installers across the country with Sankha Wekha kiosks across the nation.
