An unidentified man of Mukuni village in Livingstone District of Southern province has been found burnt to ashes.

Southern province police commanding officer Alfred Nawa revealed that the deceased’s hands and legs were amputated before being ignited by unknown people for reasons not yet established.

“We went to the scene and found the dead body which had its hands cut, legs cut and head chopped off,” he said.

The police also discovered that the body was burnt 500 meters from the murder seen.

Currently, the police have launched a search for the assailants.
