Death has been announced of Top Zimbabwean comedian Clive Chigubu who has succumbed to Diffuse Large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL), a type of cancer that is incurable.

Chigubu who passed passed on Wednesday morning is survived by a five-year-old daughter, he was 31.

Recently Chigubu told state media that he was suffering from DLBC,  a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), a cancer of the lymphatic system which, according to some medical research, is said to be more common in men than it is in women.

It develops when the body makes abnormal B lymphocytes.
