Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Southern Region Water Board (SRWB) Duncan Chambamba has been caught pants down doing it with his Personal Assistant (PA) at Game Haven at Bvumbwe in Thyolo District.

The CEO was caught by her second wife Constance Cherani.
