A video has surfaced showing the moment a regional administration building in Kharkiv was bombed by Russian forces.

The building was destroyed on Tuesday by a missle.

CNN, citing Ukraine’s State Emergency Service, reported that at least six people were hurt when an explosion hit the government building in the city.

One of the victims is a child, Ukrainian officials said.
