An 81-year-old man from Kavuma Compound in Lusaka’s Waterfalls neighborhood has been cleared of charges related to the trafficking of 68 grams of marijuana.

The allegations stem from an incident that occurred on November 26th of last year, in which Mr. Tie Mwape was accused of illegally possessing and distributing the cannabis sativa product.

He was caught with 68 grams of Marijuana.

He was later sent to prison a development which worried a lot of Zambians.
