5 Exercises Men Can Do for Better S€x

We all know that working out helps us look healthy. But, have you ever worked out to improve your performance during intimacy with your partner? According to Pete McCall, an American psychologist, working out helps improve your performance by improving your technique, flexibility, and endurance.

An article on HealthLine lists out some of the exercises for men for better intimacy with their partners. Some of these exercises include:

1. Weight Lifting

Testosterone is a hormone responsible for male intercourse drive and strength training helps to improve its production in the body. According to some studies, weight lifting and other short-duration exercises have been linked to the increased production of testosterone. Also, some muscle-building exercises like crunches, push-ups, and sit-ups help to strengthen the abs, chest, and shoulders. All these lead to an increase in stamina, which is needed during intercourse.

2. Yoga

If you’d like to try new positions during intercourse, you need to practice yoga. Yoga allows you to get into unique positions for optimum enjoyment during intercourse, which will improve your sex. Yoga improves flexibility, which can lead to improved sex. According to some experts, it can also boost your sack stamina by pulling your energy in and up.

3. Fast Walking

According to Harvard researchers, walking helps reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men over 50. ED is supposed to be helped by fast walking because it improves blood flow and circulation. Fast walking, jogging, and other aerobic exercises are beneficial to your intimacy life for the same reasons that they are beneficial to your heart. They maintain the health of your blood vessels, which might lead to stronger and longer-lasting erections. Running and fast walking, for example, release endorphins and calm you, which might improve intimacy performance.

4. Kegels

Kegels are exercises that help improve endurance and control in men, Nicole Davis from HealthLine. It does this by toning the pubococcygeus (PC) muscles. These muscles help in the control of the flow of urine midstream. This can be used to delay ejaculation and it can be done by holding urine for like 10 seconds before urination. With this, you will be able to control the muscles and improve intimacy with your partner before ejaculating.

5. Swimming

Swimming three times a week for at least 30 minutes will improve sexual tolerance. Swimming is also a wonderful way to lose weight, which can lead to improved intimacy. It’s also no secret that losing body fat will help you get those six-pack abs and make you more appealing to possible partners. In this scenario, the end consequence is better intercourse!

To increase your sexual technique, stamina, and flexibility, try some (or all) of these routines. Your partner will be pleased by your sexual prowess, and as a bonus, you’ll become healthier and fitter in the process.
