3. Spending too much time in front of a screen, such as watching TV or using a smartphone, can reduce a person’s creativity and imagination.
4. Excessive use of phones and television screens leads to sleep deprivation. The melatonin hormone, which is required for optimal sleep, is delayed by the light emitted by the screen.
