A 35 year old Zambian man has dragged his parents to court for allegedly asking him to leave their home because he is too old to continue living with them.

The man, Wilson Phiri said the decision by his parents to force him out of their house is unfair hence his decision to sue them.

According to Phiri, despite being a graduate, he is jobless making it impossible for him to stay own his own.

“My parents want me to leave their house simply because I turned 35 yrs. I don’t have a job but I am a graduate. Is feel it’s against the law for parents to chase a child out of a house, so am suing them tomorrow,” said Phiri.

He added; “I will tomorrow report my parents to victim support Unity because it’s too much.”
