NIGERIA – Chaos erupted after some teenage boys were caught burning the head of a girl, said to be in a relationship with one of them, for money ritual.

According to reports, it was a community security guard who had observed that some four boys were burning something suspected to be the human head in a local pot on the road.

The guard tipped the police who rushed to the scene and arrested the boys.

After being pinned by police, the three confessed that they wanted to use the head of the girlfriend for money ritual.

The body of the girl was taken to the mortuary while the boys remained in police custody.

They will appear in court to answer a charge of man slaughter.
